Psychotherapy and Counselling for Individuals and Couples
Psychotherapy provides an objective and compassionate environment in which to explore current personal difficulties in order to come to an understanding of ourselves in relation to the world in which we live.
Many of us suffer at times from feelings of anxiety, depression, inferiority, lack of motivation, loss of vitality or a sense of futility which may in turn lead to relationship difficulties.
Often we can feel that our voice is not heard by those around us. Psychotherapy provides the opportunity to be listened to with empathy and understanding, without judgement and in complete confidence.
I am a qualified psychotherapist with a Masters Degree in Psychotherapy and several years experience of working with individuals and couples facing a wide variety of personal issues. I am also a registered practitioner with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy and work within their code of ethics. This ensures the maintenance of professional standards and client confidentiality.
I can offer long and short term counselling and psychotherapy for individuals or couples.
